How do I use it?
Instructions for inserting
Wash
Wash your hands and the VSG with unscented mild soap and water before use.
Fold
Fold your cup in one of the folding methods
C Fold
7 Fold
Diamond Fold
Punch Down Fold
Triangle Fold
Position
Squat, sit, stand or raise one leg up on a sturdy surface and separate your labia.
Chill
Relax your pelvic floor muscles.
Insert
Pop that little f’er (the Vampire Shot Glass) in.
Guide
Guide it up your vagina and gently release your grip causing it to pop open. (if it doesn't pop open rotate until it’s fully open sealing your vaginal walls— not your cervix).
Instructions for removing
Wash
Wash your hands before touching your vulva.
Position
Choose your favorite removal position (squat, sit, or raise one leg up on a sturdy surface).
Search
Take a deep dive into your vagina and locate your Vampire Shot Glass.
Pinch
Break the seal and pinch the bottom of the cup, remove the cup from your vagina.
Offer
Offer the shot glass to your assigned vampire! *optional*
Dump
If your vampire declines, dump the menstrual cup.
Reinsert it or wash/dry/and store
Then wash your hand ya filthy animal.
